The Client will pay Commonwealth Consulting Agency, the associated fees after receiving invoices following the completion of the services rendered (for all services except for the subscription service). -I agree to pay the one time fee for access to the special education subscription service for the amount of seats purchased. Payment is due within 45 days of submitting this form. The Company will provide access to the service no more than 30 days from the receipt of payment. Payment is due upfront and not contingent upon how many participants enroll in or complete the modules. -The terms and provisions contained herein shall constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the services to be provided by Commonwealth Consulting Agency, for the Client. Any changes to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. -The parties have executed this Agreement as of the date of submission of the form. For non subscription service offerings, services will be provided from the date of the signed contract to the date that the contracted position is filled.
